Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for Online Registration Process
The speed of the online registration process depends on factors like internet speed and the number of applicants accessing the system simultaneously. If you experience delays, try again after 15 minutes or during off-peak hours, such as late at night.
Upon successful registration, a page will display your unique REGISTRATION NO. and PASSWORD after clicking the Submit button. Note these details carefully and preserve them, as they are required to reprint the application, download call letters, and check results.
The REGISTRATION NO. and PASSWORD are sent via auto-response emails. Delivery depends on the accuracy of the provided email ID and your email provider’s policies (e.g., filtering emails to Bulk/Spam). For official or company email IDs, delivery may be restricted by organizational policies. Check your spam/junk folder or contact your email provider.
If you’re unsure about successful registration, visit the Re-Print Application / e-Receipt page, generate a printout, and keep both soft and hard copies of the application for reference.
In rare cases, candidates may receive a Zero (0) Registration Number with a valid password. Re-register the application and verify the details by generating a printout via the Re-Print Application option.
If you don’t receive a printout or e-Receipt through the Re-Print option, your application is not saved. You must re-apply to ensure successful registration.
The auto-response email is for genuine communications only. Avoid sending replies like acknowledgments, vacation messages, or promotional emails, as the server automatically deletes such emails.
Ensure the email includes your REGISTRATION NO. and PASSWORD for reference when addressing genuine issues.
Provide the following: (1) REGISTRATION NO., (2) MOBILE NO., (3) EMAIL ID entered in the application, and, if applicable, a screenshot of the error message in JPG, GIF, or MS Word format. Additionally, include your PC details, such as the operating system (e.g., Windows, Linux) and browser version.
Before final submission, use the EDIT option to modify details. After editing, take a fresh printout. Note that no changes can be made after complete registration/submission.
Static documents, including guidelines for photos, signatures, scribe requirements, and disability definitions, are available on the index page of the application for users on tablets, iPads, or smartphones.
