Step-by-Step Online Counselling Process
- Check Your Rank Card
- Visit the official website.
- Click on the "Rank Card of ITICAT-2025" link.
- Click "View / Download Rank Card of ITICAT-2025".
- Enter your Roll Number to view/download your Rank Card.
- Choice Filling for ITICAT-2025
- Go to the "Online Counselling Portal of ITICAT-2025".
- Log in using your Registration Number, Password, and other required details.
- Fill in your choices for I.T.I. Trades.
- You can edit your choices within the given schedule.
- Enter your mobile number and email ID for OTP authentication.
- Lock your choices after finalizing them.
- If needed, you can unlock your choices by clicking "Unlock Choices" and re-authenticate via OTP.
- After locking, take a printout of your locked choices.
- Seat Allotment and Result
- After choice filling, the seat allotment result will be published.
- Log in to your account to check your seat allotment result.
- Download the Provisional Allotment Order.
- If allotted, proceed for document verification and admission at the designated Nodal Centre.
- In case of upgradation, download the new Provisional Allotment Order and follow the same process.

Document Verification & Admission
At the time of reporting to the Nodal Centre for document verification, candidates must bring:
- Proof for Economically Weaker Section (EWS), SMQ, DQ (if applicable)
- Copy of Aadhar Card
- Six (6) passport size photographs (same as on ITICAT-2025 Admit Card)
- Admit Card of ITICAT-2025
- Rank Card of ITICAT-2025
- Printout of Online Counselling Registration/Choice Filling/Choice Slip
- Downloaded print of the Online Filled Application Form (Confirmation Page) of ITICAT-2025
- Downloaded Provisional Allotment Order
- Two copies of the Verification Slip (downloaded along with the Biometric Form)
Additional Notes
- Choice filling is allowed only once in the first round.
- For each round, candidates must download and print the Provisional Allotment Order and Verification Slip.
- In case of upgradation in the second round, follow the same document verification process.
- Offline Mop-up/3rd Round Counselling may be conducted if seats remain vacant.
