• Knowledge of therapeutic community processes and small-group dynamics • Understanding of causes, symptoms, and effects of substance abuse • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive records • Empathy, active listening, patience, and role-reversal awareness • Crisis recognition and response skills • Bilingual Spanish preferred
