Overview
Sublime Systems is hiring an on-site Engineering Solids Co-op to operate and maintain pilot crushing/milling equipment, perform sample prep and analysis, and help implement process improvements at its Somerville pilot plant.
Requirements
• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and familiarity with common hand tools (wrenches, torque tools, impact tools)
• Lab and/or pilot-scale sample preparation and basic analytical interpretation
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures
• Ability to observe process anomalies and recommend improvements
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, climb ladders, and work on step stools
