Overview
Cascade Climate seeks an International Policy Manager to conduct jurisdictional policy and economic analysis across the Global South and translate findings into strategic briefs and stakeholder engagement to advance ERW and refrigerant policy efforts.
Requirements
• 3+ years in climate policy, international development, or related field
• Proven track record in policy/market research and jurisdictional analysis
• Experience with international/multilateral policy frameworks and national translation
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative research into actionable outputs
• Excellent writing and communication for diverse audiences
• Experience engaging governments, multilaterals, NGOs, or private sector partners
• Working knowledge of climate finance architectures and development finance institutions
• Comfort working across geographies, cultures, and institutional contexts
