Learning and Development Specialist (Content Creator)

• Expertise with Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 • Experience packaging and managing SCORM files within an LMS • LMS administration experience (WorkRamp strongly preferred) • Proven ability to design competency-based learning and assessments • Experience with gamification and modern UX for learning • Data-driven approach to measure and iterate on training effectiveness • Strong written and verbal communication for remote collaboration • Self-starter capable of independent, asynchronous deep work
