• Deep knowledge of US and Canadian legislative frameworks and legal research methods • Experience defining content acquisition and editorial workflows for legal/legislative content • Practical AI fluency and experience using AI tools in content workflows • Experience with CMS requirements and publishing pipelines • Proven stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills • Experience with agile project management and running agile ceremonies • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and editorial estimation skills • Experience testing and providing feedback on tooling and automation
