Overview
Principal Air Operations Center Engineer (remote) providing engineering, knowledge-management, validation, and usability support to the USAF C3BM/Kessel Run Division to improve C2 operations and program outcomes.
Requirements
• U.S. citizenship and Top Secret clearance required
• 10+ years of related experience in defense/operations engineering
• 4+ years in DoD as a C2 weapon system operator or engineer
• Deep knowledge of defense acquisition management and AF SEAM processes
• Familiarity with agency program planning, funding, and management systems
• Experience building and maintaining knowledge bases (wikis) and documentation
• Expertise in validation, performance criteria, trade studies, and risk analysis
• Experience with usability testing for weapon/system applications
• Strong stakeholder engagement and technical communication skills
