RTL Special Assets Analyst

• Experience with loan workouts, foreclosure processes, collateral liquidation, and OREO management • Strong working knowledge of GAAP impairment analysis, charge-offs, and accrual accounting for residential credit • Ability to analyze financials, construction progress, and collateral to determine resolution strategies • Proven ability to coordinate multi-party resolutions with legal counsel, servicers, and capital partners • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
