Senior Ambulatory Practice Coordinator I

• Proficiency with EMR systems and registration/scheduling software • Strong knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes (including Medicare/Medicaid) • Experience using multi-line phone systems and call center workflows • Accurate data entry and demographic/insurance verification skills • Customer service and effective verbal/written communication • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure • Basic PC skills (MS Office, online registration systems) • HIPAA and patient privacy compliance
