About the Role – Graduate IMPACT Program S&P Global is hiring fresh graduates through its IMPACT Program (Innovative Mentoring and Professional Acceleration in Commodities). This is an 18-month rotational program where candidates work across multiple tech domains and gain hands-on industry experience. You will rotate across 3–4 technical teams, working on real-world projects with mentorship from senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions. Work on real production systems used by global customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Cloud. Write clean, maintainable, and optimized code. Participate in code reviews, testing, and agile ceremonies. Continuously improve system performance and reliability. Good to Have: Knowledge of unit testing & clean code Familiarity with Git, APIs, and SDLC Interest in learning new technologies

Requirements

Must Have: 2026 passout with B.Tech / BE / BSc / MSc in CS, IT, or Engineering Strong understanding of DSA and problem solving Knowledge of OOP concepts and design patterns Basic understanding of databases Willing to work in 24×5 rotational shifts Good communication skills
