Sprinklr – Customer Support Engineer Role

Respond to customer-reported bugs or issues via the ticketing system. Troubleshoot platform errors and provide accurate solutions. Debug logs, replicate issues, and test resolutions. Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams to escalate or fix problems. Maintain knowledge base, FAQs, and documentation for customer education. Participate in quality assurance and regression testing. Ensure customer satisfaction and timely SLA-based resolution.

0–5 years of experience in enterprise support, debugging, or technical support roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of customer contact center tools (e.g., Genesys, Avaya) – Bonus Familiarity with CCaaS, CPaaS, telephony infrastructure – Preferred Experience with web technologies, APIs, SaaS platforms. Programming/scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, Node.js) – Bonus Database understanding (MongoDB, MySQL, etc.) Ability to manage multiple tickets and maintain SLA timelines. Analytical mindset, quick learner, and a team player.
