Overview

US Federal Solutions is hiring a Technical Writer / Documentation SME to produce and standardize Section 508-compliant acquisition documentation for the U.S. Coast Guard in a full-time remote role.

Requirements

• Proven technical writing and documentation leadership in DHS and/or DoD environments • Extensive experience with acquisition-related documentation (SOW, PWS, SOPs, formal correspondence) • Section 508 compliance and accessible document production expertise • High-volume deliverable management while maintaining quality and consistency • Strong editing, proofreading, and document control skills • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and polished PDF production
