Overview
Morning Brew is hiring a freelance YouTube Thumbnail Designer to craft highly clickable thumbnails, collaborate with production and Audience Development, and refine channel-wide thumbnail strategy.
Requirements
• Proven experience designing highly clickable thumbnails for creator-led YouTube channels
• Ability to identify and communicate overt and subtle YouTube design trends
• Familiarity with A/B/C thumbnail and title testing and interpreting results
