Design Engineer General Application @ Academy Talent Network

• Proficiency building interactive UI with React and/or modern front-end frameworks • Comfort with TypeScript or JavaScript and modular component architecture • Strong prototyping skills in Figma and ability to translate designs to code • Familiarity with deployment workflows (Vercel, Netlify) or the ability to hand off production artifacts • Experience with Git workflows and PR-based collaboration • Understanding of accessibility standards and front-end performance best practices • Ability to present work and case studies to hiring managers • Familiarity with GenAI tools or emerging design-to-code assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) is a plus
