Overview

Lead EHR optimization and implementation efforts across partner practices to enable better quality reporting, streamlined workflows, and successful value-based care initiatives at Aledade.

Requirements

• Deep working knowledge of at least one top-tier ambulatory EHR (Epic Ambulatory, Athena, NextGen, eClinicalWorks, Greenway). • Experience designing EHR templates, reports, and workflows to support quality measures and care gaps. • Hands-on experience with integrations, interfaces, and FHIR-based data exchange. • Strong project management and client-facing skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations. • Proven ability to create and deliver training and documentation for clinical and operational staff.
