Requirements

• Five-plus years producing in a major television news organization with live segment experience • Strong news judgment, critical thinking, and organizational skills • Proficiency shooting in the field with DSLR and mobile newsgathering tools (smartphones, LiveU, Dejero) • Video editing skills and ability to craft stories for broadcast and digital • Experience with multiple transmission formats and social media newsgathering • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication • Ability to travel frequently within the Midwest and work long, varied schedules • Valid driver’s license
