Senior Field Producer, MS NOW Newsgathering

• Proven experience producing live broadcast segments in the field and studio • Strong news judgment and editorial decision-making • Proficiency shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and mobile newsgathering tools • Experience with LiveU, Dejero or equivalent transmission units • Video editing and postproduction skills for quick turnaround • Strong writing and script development for broadcast and digital • Familiarity with transmission formats and social media distribution • Ability to coordinate logistics, clearances, and on-site crews • Comfort working irregular hours and traveling on short notice • Collaborative communication and team leadership
