Overview

Lead the design and delivery of scalable LLM-powered AI systems and mentor an engineering team to bring advanced content-driven AI features to production at Thomson Reuters.

Requirements

• Expert Python programming and software engineering practices • Hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, and foundation models • Deep knowledge of NLP, prompt engineering, and Information Retrieval (RAG) • Design and implementation of scalable data pipelines for model training and evaluation • Development of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps tooling for deployment and monitoring • Production model optimization, monitoring, and responsible AI implementation • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerized deployment
