Live Event Talent Producer

• Experience managing large talent pools, casting, or unscripted competition pipelines • Strong organizational systems-first mindset (templates, trackers, comms cadences) • Proficiency with Airtable, Excel, and candidate tracking workflows • Comfort engaging high-profile talent, judges, clients, and crew • Excellent written communication and follow-through (recaps, deadlines, next steps) • High discretion handling sensitive information • Ability to work nights and weekends and travel for on-site event week • Calm decision-making under pressure and resourcefulness when plans change
