Platform Analyst - Remote

Experian is hiring a Platform ITSM Analyst to drive clear documentation, coordination, and ITSM process execution across Cloud, Product, Security, and Infrastructure teams in a fully remote position.

Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and hands-on experience with Incident and Change Management., Experience organizing requirements, writing user stories and acceptance criteria for platform projects., Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications., Familiarity with IAM processes, entitlement documentation, and audit evidence preparation., Experience supporting BCDR planning and running incident/CAB bridges.
