Overview

Lead SweedPos's Product Analytics function to deliver high-quality insights, experimentation, and analytics foundations that power product and AI decisions across the platform.

Requirements

• 6+ years in product or growth analytics with 1+ years leading or mentoring analysts • Strong SQL proficiency and hands-on analysis experience • Experience with modern BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Mode or similar) • Familiarity with event-based analytics and instrumentation (Amplitude, PostHog) • Experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing) • Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience collaborating with Data Engineering and ML teams • Excellent written and spoken English for distributed international teams
