Requirements

• Experience building AI-first products and integrating ML into user-facing solutions • Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and driving agile adoption • Hands-on experience with Jira Align and Jira for product planning and prioritization • Data-driven decision-making and performance measurement • Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills • Ability to design and execute change management and adoption strategies • Proficiency creating executive presentations and product mockups (PowerPoint, Figma)
