Production Client Experience Coordinator

• Strong written and verbal communication • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Customer-service orientation and hospitality mindset • MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with case-management/scheduling software • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep stakeholders informed • Basic billing, invoicing, and vendor coordination experience • On-set presence and ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
