A well-established heavy civil contractor seeks a Project Engineer to support transportation and infrastructure projects across Pennsylvania, focusing on coordination, documentation, and public-owner communication.
Requirements
• Basic understanding of DOT specifications and public-sector construction processes
• Experience working with public owners such as PennDOT and the PA Turnpike Commission
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders) and track costs/schedules
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, field and office environment
