Overview

Laminar is hiring a hands-on Reliability and Test Engineer to define and execute PCB and hardware test strategies, perform root-cause analysis, and improve field reliability for AI-enabled industrial sensor products.

Requirements

• Hands-on PCB SMD and THT soldering, rework, and troubleshooting experience • Oscilloscope and digital signal analysis proficiency • Ability to read and debug electrical schematics • Formal hardware debugging and root-cause analysis skills • Basic coding in Python and C/C++ for test scripting and firmware-level debugging • Experience with data logging or test logging systems and databases • Comfortable working with electromechanical assemblies and system-level integration • Clear and effective communication with internal teams and contract manufacturers
