Retail Development Project Manager

• 3-5 years hands-on retail project management, including on-site retail build-out experience • Proven experience managing contractors, millworkers and external construction teams • Proficient reading and reviewing drawings; familiarity with AutoCAD and construction documentation • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple concurrent projects • Strong vendor sourcing, negotiation and relationship management skills • Comfortable with frequent domestic travel and on-site presence during projects • Excellent organization, communication and problem-solving abilities
