Overview

Phantom seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to own forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial modeling that inform resource allocation and scale the business responsibly.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance experience • Strong SQL skills to extract, query, and analyze data independently • Advanced financial modeling and forecasting proficiency • Excellent Excel and spreadsheet modeling abilities • Clear written and verbal communication to simplify complex insights • High attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving • Comfort working in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments • Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Looker) is a plus
