Overview

Clever Benefits is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own and deliver scalable web, mobile, and infrastructure features using a TypeScript-first stack in a fast-paced, remote U.S. environment.

Requirements

• Strong TypeScript and Node.js development experience • Frontend experience with React (Vite and/or Next.js) and Tailwind CSS • Experience with tRPC or similar typed API layers • Working knowledge of both MongoDB and PostgreSQL and ORMs like Prisma • Proven AWS experience (CDK, Fargate, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFormation) • Ability to scope work, identify edge cases, and work with minimal product management • Focus on system design, type-safety, testing, and long-term maintainability • Clear communication and collaboration skills
