ZoomInfo is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the architecture and hands-on development of its next-generation web crawling and data extraction platform at massive scale.

Requirements

• Designing scalable distributed systems and architectures • Large-scale data engineering and ETL/ELT pipeline design • Web crawling and advanced scraping frameworks (Scrapy or similar) • Strong Python and Java experience • Apache Kafka, Kubernetes (GKE/EKS), and orchestration tools (Airflow) • Cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake) and multi-cloud familiarity • Proxy infrastructure management and anti-bot strategies • Observability, monitoring, and operational excellence practices
