Scale to Win is hiring a Senior Manager of Talent & People Operations to lead full-cycle hiring operations, build standardized people systems, and support remote onboarding and employee experience for a fast-paced political tech organization.
Requirements
• 5+ years experience in Human Resources or related fields with full-cycle hiring operations experience
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse) and remote recruiting tools
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent searches
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coach managers and tailor messaging
• Experience building people operations systems for small or early-stage teams
• Comfort supporting hiring and onboarding in a fully remote environment
• Commitment to DEIJ principles and equitable hiring practices
• Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to escalate employment risks appropriately
