Lead and scale Sprinto’s US-facing SMB new-business sales motion as an Associate Director, driving predictable pipeline, coaching a high-performing team, and delivering consistent revenue growth.
Requirements
• Proven track record building and scaling inbound and outbound new-business motions
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
• Experience selling into the US SMB / Mid-market
• Expertise with modern sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger or similar)
• Excellent coaching, leadership and people development skills
• Familiarity with SaaS GTM motions and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
