Requirements

• Hands-on experience building distributed systems, large-scale data/storage systems, or backend APIs • Proficiency in one or more languages: Java, C++, Python, Go, Rust, Scala, C# • Strong systems-design and algorithm skills for scalability and performance • Experience with observability, monitoring, and production debugging • Familiarity with open-source infrastructure (Kafka, Pinot, Kubernetes, GRPC, GraphQL, etc.) • API design and service delivery platform experience • Security and compliance-aware system design
