Overview

FWG Solutions is hiring an experienced Technical Manager to lead on-base electronics and assembly teams supporting the U.S. Navy LCAC/ACV program in Panama City Beach, FL.

Requirements

• Advanced electronics troubleshooting and repair of complex systems • Hands-on assembly skills: soldering, cable harnessing, component installation • Proficiency with multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers • Blueprint interpretation and machinist setup/operation knowledge • Solid understanding of network fundamentals and naval C4N systems • Experience with US Navy grooming procedures and technical assists (preferred) • Leadership, team management, and project management capabilities • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Active Secret security clearance
