Accounting Specialist

• Proficiency with QuickBooks and other accounting software • Strong Excel skills including spreadsheets and basic formulas • Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes • Bank and general ledger reconciliation experience • Familiarity with finance and tax regulations • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
