• Proven fundraising and donor cultivation skills • Grant management and reporting experience • Event planning and budget management • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and fundraising/communications software (CRMs) • Data-driven approach to tracking and reporting development outcomes • Ability to lead and mentor staff and manage volunteers • Commitment to working effectively with diverse populations
