Associate General Counsel, Labor, Employment, Medical Staff & Litigation

• Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and multi-state compliance • Hands-on litigation and agency response experience • Expertise in medical staff credentialing, board defense, HCQIA and NPDB • Proven ability to conduct workplace investigations • Experience managing outside counsel and litigation budgets • Strong written and verbal communication and executive counseling skills
