Requirements

• Quota-carrying agency-facing sales experience in pharma/healthcare media • Deep understanding of pharma agency ecosystem and media buying dynamics • Proven ability to close and expand mid-to-large deals ($250K–$1M+ annualized) • Executive presence and senior stakeholder influence • Strong pipeline discipline, forecasting, and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) • Contract negotiation and procurement navigation • Cross-functional collaboration with product, analytics, and campaign teams • Metrics-driven, organized, and process-oriented
