• Proven engineering management experience (hiring, coaching, performance management). • Strong software engineering background with experience as a technical lead. • Experience building cloud-based web applications across front-end and back-end. • Track record leading long-running platform/infrastructure projects (refactors, migrations). • Hands-on coding and code-review comfort, with strong technical judgment. • Experience working directly with customers to shape product decisions. • Familiarity with observability and engineering productivity tools (metrics, logging, Jira). • Interest in integrating AI/LLM capabilities into product workflows.
