Field Applications Engineer - EBeam

A hands-on Field Applications Engineer role supporting eBeam/electron-beam tools at customer sites to troubleshoot, develop applications, and drive technical improvements for KLA's semiconductor customers.

Hands-on SEM/TEM/FIB/eBeam experience, Strong understanding of electron optics and SE/BSE/VC signal generation, Semiconductor process flow and defect type knowledge, System-level troubleshooting and diagnostic reporting, Cleanroom and device characterization experience, Familiarity with operating systems, networking, and analysis tools, Experience with data analysis and scripting/programming for automation
