Overview

HighLevel is hiring a Lead Analytics Engineer to own subscription revenue modeling and deliver reconciled, production-grade dbt models powering ARR, MRR, NRR, churn, and other executive financial metrics.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL and dbt in a modern data warehouse • Hands-on subscription or usage-based revenue modeling (ideally using Stripe) • Experience reconciling modeled outputs to source systems and finance reports • Strong testing, documentation, and maintainability discipline • Ability to partner directly with Finance and translate business definitions into code • Familiarity with data model governance, lineage, and cataloging
