Remote Chief Marketing Officer

• 7–12+ years in digital marketing with DTC/eCommerce focus • Proven experience scaling brands from ~$8M to $20M+ ARR • Deep understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV, ROAS • Hands-on experience with at least two core growth channels (e.g., paid social, search, email) • Strong analytics skills and familiarity with GA4 and eCommerce platforms • Experience leveraging AI and automation to optimize marketing workflows • Excellent storytelling and data-driven copywriting
