Lead North American AD/ADAS specification, validation, and market adaptation efforts for SAE Level 2/3 features at Mercedes‑Benz R&D to ensure competitive, regulation-compliant systems for the US and Canada.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of AD/ADAS systems, sensors, and algorithms for SAE Level 2/3 • Hands-on experience with vehicle networks (CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet) • Proficiency with tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, DTS Monaco • Experience with ADAS validation, verification and on-road testing • Ability to analyze diagnostic data and perform root-cause analysis • Knowledge of automotive functional safety and assurance standards (ISO 26262, SOTIF, UL4600) • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills; cross-cultural teamwork experience
