Overview

Zoox is looking for an experienced Systems V&V Engineer to lead compute-platform verification and validation efforts that ensure safe, fail-operational behavior for its autonomous vehicle fleet.

Requirements

• BS or higher in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering • 8+ years of specialized experience in verification and validation, functional safety, diagnostics, system/component testing, HIL, or vehicle testing • Proficient in Python for data analysis and automation • Working knowledge of probability and statistics for data-driven validation • Experience designing and executing HIL and vehicle test campaigns • Experience defining metrics and driving data collection/analysis pipelines • Strong cross-functional communication and technical documentation skills
