Overview

CD PROJEKT RED seeks a Senior Technical QA Analyst to lead technical testing efforts that ensure the performance, stability, and quality of its RPG titles across platforms.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of QA/testing methodologies and processes • Experience with game engines (Unreal, Unity, Godot, REDkit) • Proven ability to design complex integration, stress, and performance test strategies • Experience with both automated and manual testing frameworks and tools • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) • Excellent analytical, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills • Programming experience (C++ and/or Python) — nice to have • Experience working with Agile teams — nice to have
