Lead the design and introduction of complex power generation systems at Rolls-Royce’s Mankato facility, owning NPI deliverables, design release, and cross-functional engineering coordination.
Requirements
• Advanced 3D CAD and parametric modeling
• Strong GD&T knowledge and application
• Structural analysis and component sizing
• Experience with BOM and assembly drawing creation
• Test planning and execution for NPI
• Familiarity with manufacturing and assembly processes
• Proficient with MS Office and engineering documentation
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams
• Knowledge of power generation / genset operation (preferred)
