Technical Support Engineer / Systems Administrator

• Strong hands-on experience supporting end-user hardware and operating systems (macOS, Windows) • Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive) and Google Workspace experience • Endpoint management with Microsoft Intune and Iru • Familiarity with Shopify, e-commerce integrations and POS/WMS systems • Basic networking knowledge: DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems • Security awareness: phishing, MFA, endpoint protection • Strong troubleshooting, organization and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
