Overview
Customer.io seeks a data-focused CX Operations Analyst to build reliable CX dashboards, troubleshoot data issues across systems, and deliver insights that drive post-sales efficiency and better customer experiences.
Requirements
• Proficiency writing SQL and querying large datasets
• Hands-on experience with BI/analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma or equivalent)
• Familiarity with customer-facing systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, Planhat, Gainsight)
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (churn, retention, ARR, NRR, CSAT)
• Ability to troubleshoot messy data and coordinate cross-functional fixes
• Clear written and verbal communication to translate analysis into action
