• Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills specific to television development and series deals • Experience reviewing and reconciling long-form agreements with negotiated term sheets • Familiarity with studio, network and streaming business models and deal structures • Ability to advise cross-functional stakeholders and translate legal/business terms for non-legal teams • Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced in-house environment
