Engineering Manager - Platform

• Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes and running it in production • Proven expertise with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm) • Strong experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, etc.) • Observability and monitoring experience (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) • Solid knowledge of cloud providers (AWS/GCP) and cloud-native patterns • Security-first mindset: IAM, deployment hardening, secure pipelines • SRE and incident management experience • Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Comfortable working US EST hours in a distributed environment
